Dorrie had an
appointment down in Vevey today, so after it was over, she came up
and had lunch with us in 'our' lovely big house. One of the main
topics of conversation during the meal was the possibility of her
taking one of the cats to which we had become so attached while we
were on Syros. She has been keen to get a cat for some time and there
was one particular kitten that we think would be perfect for her –
we now just have to liaise with Jacky to see how feasible it is to
get him from Greece to Switzerland.
After Dorrie left,
we took Bella for a walk in the forest up the hill, which is now
looking rather more autumnal than wintry.
