We've just arrived
in Hanoi, which means that we're finally back on the other side of
the Great Firewall of China and I can start blogging again. Expect a
flurry of posts over the next days and weeks as I do my best to bring
you all back up to date – through Mongolia and China and into
Vietnam.
We're all fine (if a
little tired after dragging ourselves off the train at midnight for
the border crossing into Vietnam) and still having a great time. The
weather has warmed up significantly and the humidity is a thing to
behold but we're all coping pretty well (indeed, Sarah is thriving).
We're very sad to have left China but excited to see what Vietnam and
the rest of Southeast Asia has to offer.
